What is Goldenhar syndrome?
Goldenhar syndrome describes part of the oculo-auriculo-vertebral spectrum, overlapping craniofacial microsomia. Development of first- and second-arch-related structures is affected. Most cases are sporadic and causes are heterogeneous; a universal autosomal dominant explanation is inaccurate.
